NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY LEGAL COUNSEL
An approach built on experience, integrity, and empathy

A message from Founder and CEO, Brett Silverman

Growing up in Jamaica Queens, New York my father owned and operated a small manufacturing business. I learned early on the challenges of running a business and how critical it is to have outside help. My desire to support him propelled me into a career to help others protect and grow their businesses.

I’ve since dedicated the last 20+ years of my career to business and law, working with founders through good times and bad. I use all of that collective experience now to service my clients with sound advice and compassion.

This period in time has unfortunately resulted in difficult times for many businesses. We want to help people in those situations to get through with the best possible outcomes so that they can get back on their feet and move forward.

Concierge Law was founded to provide businesses, especially small businesses, with the business and legal counsel that they need and deserve.

Wondering if the new Subchapter 5 bankruptcy filing is an option for your business?

Here’s a quick checklist of information to quickly assess if Subchapter 5 might be an option for you.

Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA) basic qualifications:

  • 50% or more of their debt arising from business or commercial activities
  • Total noncontingent, liquidated debts (both secured and unsecured) of no more than $2,725,625
